One Lime, Two Limes, Three Limes, Four......

Some of you may have seen my Cranberry Salsa post.  The salsa is awesome so we decided to make it for Thanksgiving.  Well, my husband and I both bought limes for the recipes so we ended up with ten limes!  Needless to say, for my recipe experiment, I chose a lime recipe.



I quickly sifted through a number of chicken-lime recipes displayed by the gadget and decided to try one for Grilled Chili-Lime Chicken.  I found this recipe to be super-easy and the result was very tasty.  I think that the lime went really well with the chili and cumin flavors.  We used our chili-lime chicken as a stand alone main dish the first night.  Then, we used the leftovers in tacos the next evening.  The chicken was perfectly seasoned for tacos!
