Kids Skate Free!

I love when I open my email to find a great deal! Our local skating rink sent some info about a national program called Kids Skate Free. Basically, you sign up and receive your free skating passes for the week on Sunday night. Each participating rink has its own page that includes the details of their participation--dates and times, skate rental fees (the coupons are for entrance to the rink, not the rentals), etc. You can sign up four children on each account. According to the FAQ section of the website, if you need to sign up more that four kids, you can start a new account.

If you are looking for another option for fun this summer, check out Kids Skate Free to see if your local rink is participating. There are a number of rinks throughout the US. (Unfortunately, the program is not in all states but many are represented! There is also a letter that you can bring to your local rink to let them know about the program.)

Happy skating!

Update: I have been receiving my free passes via email for the most part. However, when I started the program, I needed to log in to print my passes.
