Tasty Bites from Lola's Pizza Palace in Arlington Heights

Tucked away a little from the busy shopping area of Rand Road in Arlington Heights, IL is family owned Lola's Pizza Palace. Someone that knew I love unique local spots recommended Lola's to me awhile back. Since then, we have visited a couple of times and I can say that we quite enjoy the little joint! Being near the high school, it is a popular spot for the young set but it is also a great place for family fare.

One afternoon this summer, I decided to treat my daughter to an unexpected lunch out. She jumped at the chance to go to Lola's. While we went for pizza, Lola's menu also includes sandwiches, salads, wings, fried treats, burgers, Italian beef, gondolas and more. We don't have pizza often, so that is the treat we were after! Lola's Famous Garlic Knots sound tempting so I had to try them.

My eyes definitely widened when the garlic knots arrived. They looked incredible. We tried them and think they are probably the best we have had. Delicious!

We also ordered a pizza with half mushroom and half pepperoni. The pizza was very tasty and I especially love the sauce!

Lola's is a tasty local small business to have on your radar. We loved our meals at Lola's and would like to try more of the offerings. Nice family business!
