Wildwood Nature Center Park Ridge: Animal Feedings Wednesdays & Saturdays 10:30AM & 3:30PM.

The Grove in Glenview: The weather has been mild so far this winter, so you may like a walk at The Grove. The Interpretive Center is fun for the kids--especially the turtles! There are exhibits to check out and usually an activity or craft. Check website for hours.

Red Oak Nature Center in Batavia: Red Oak Nature Center has a really nice set of exhibits for kids. Additionally, the preserve is set on the Fox River so there are nice views without necessarily walking too far. There is also a small cave nearby that kids get a kick out of! Check website for times.
