Patterson Glassworks - Make a glass heart with your sweetheart during one of Patterson Glasswork's Open Houses January 27-28 or February 3-4. Reservations are recommended. After visiting the Mundelein glass studio, head to to Tighthead Brewing Company for a couple of brews!

Chocolate Weekend - Morton Arboretum's Chocolate Weekend will delight your Valentine with all sorts of chocolate concoctions. Chocolate Weekend is February 3-4. Or extend your celebration by returning February 9 or 10 for Valentine's Dinner. Chocolate Weekend is included in daily admission. Valentine's Dinner requires reservations.

Sweetheart Night Hike at River Trail Nature Center or Spark in the Dark at Crabtree Nature Center - Treat your Valentine to an evening in nature during either the Sweetheart Night Hike at River Trail Nature Center in Northbrook on February 3 or the Spark in the Dark at Crabtree Nature Center in Barrington on February 10.
