- April 14 Animal Ambassadors of Willowbrook, Glen Ellyn, 11AM-12:30PM, tag a long with trainers as they interact with resident wildlife, for kids ages 12 and up, under 18 with an adult, must register, $5 pp

- April 14-15 We Love Trees, Morton Arboretum, Lisle, 11AM-4PM, discover wonderful items made with trees in children's play area, free with admission, self-guided, also check out build a tree
- April 14 Canine Carnival, Schaumburg, 11AM-1PM, dog agility course, vendors, trick contests and more, $2 pp and $5 for residents, $3 and $7 for non, dogs must have proof of vaccination
