During the week, you can view ice cream being made and milk bottling through a viewing window. While I am sure plenty of children enjoy this, I am equally sure that there is not a shortage of adults enjoying a peek.

The Baerwolf family sources all of their milk from their own herds. They have both a traditional dairy herd and an organic herd. I love that Sassy Cow details so much about their process and herds showing their dedication to helping consumers know what they are consuming. This true dedication to family and community is pretty meaningful and definitely a reason that I love Sassy Cow!

**Update: Since our visit there is now a farmhouse kitchen with grilled cheese and more!
