Steeped Coffee roasted in California is packaged in single-serve packages and utilizes a special brewing method. Immediately, I was intrigued and thought that Steeped Coffee could provide an ideal travel solution when you are in a pinch for a good coffee on a trip. My readers may remember that I like to take my own tea on trips. So, I was pretty excited to learn about an easy way to bring my own coffee.

Steeped is brewed very similar to tea. At first, I was a little nervous about the packaging. However, Steeped Coffee's packaging is not only made from renewable plant sources but also is fully compostable. I am so glad that Steeped has moved the world coffee forward in this direction.

With five different brews, there is definitely a pleasant variety to choose from including Sunrise Blend Light Roast, California Blend Medium Roast, Odyssey Blend Dark Roast, Driftwood Blend French Roast and Eventide Decaf.

The first brew I sampled was the Driftwood Blend French Roast. The brewing process is pretty simple and detailed on the packaging. In a nutshell, you pour hot water over the pod already in your mug. Then, you bounce the pod up and down a little bit. Next, you let the coffee brew to your tastes. All of this is detailed on each packet. Simple!

I savored my brew on a rainy day. I loved the Driftwood Blend quite a bit! I definitely enjoyed the moment sitting, sipping and listening to the rain.

The next brew I sampled was the Odyssey Blend Dark Roast. Once again, brewing was simple using the special microbrew system. Another delicious cup!
