Thanksgiving-New Years Naper Lights, Water Street, Naperville, free

Through January 15, 2023 Sentrock: The Boy Who Wanted to Fly, Elmhurst Art Museum, exhibition includes a mural, video projections, a sculpture, paintings, a life sized bird house and more about the Bird City Saint character and life about Pilsen artist Joseph Perez, included in regular admission

November 11-13 Winterfest Art Market, Batavia MainStreet and Water Street Studios, local artisans, live entertainment, food and drink, 11/11 6PM-9PM, 11/12 10AM-5PM, 11/13 10AM-3PM

Sunday, November 13

November 13 Robert's Birthday Bash, The Grove, Glenview, 1pm-3pm, learn about naturalist Robert Kennicott, go on a nature hike, meet resident animals, for ages 7+, $15 per resident, $18 non, mstust register

November 13 Nature Poetry Walk, St. James Farm, Warrenville, 1:30PM-2:30PM, learn about haiku on a leisurely walk and write your own, for ages 12+, under 18 with an adult, $5 pp, must register

November 13 Changing Seasons, River Trail Nature Center, Northbrook, 1:30PM, learn how nature changes with the seasons
