Spring Hike in Bristol Woods Park in Wisconsin

Bristol Woods Park near Kenosha, Wisconsin offers  4.28 miles of hiking trails through stunning, rich woodlands. During a recent hike, I became totally enamored with Bristol Woods as I wound through on a nest of trails through the preserve.

Boundless Adventures' new aerial park invites explores to literally bound through the trees. The high ropes course adds a unique way for families to explore nature.

Dancing in Wildflowers

Spring is a splendid time for a forest walk to enjoy all of the wildflowers. The forest floor of Bristol Woods Park certainly was carpeted with lovely wildflowers.

Natural trails guide hikers through the preserve. The number of trails present unique adventure after unique adventure.

Treasures await on the trail including the 190-year-old white oak tree pictured above! I would love to return in other seasons to see how the natural landscape changes.

Note: While visiting, also check out Pringle Nature Center.
