I recently found a nifty little gadget on the Wisconsin Cheese website that helps you pair your wine, beer, spirit, or even snack of choice with a cheese. (Honestly, I had never thought of pairing any spirits with cheese---interesting!) So, whether you are trying to pair your pale ale, brandy, chianti, or dried fruit, the gadget has some cheese options for you. You can even make pairing choices based on a type of cheese.
I haven't tried out any of the pairings yet. However, my interest is definitely piqued so I will be giving this gadget a whirl soon. It will be interesting to see if my husband and I can find any cheeses that pair with both his choice of beer and my choice of wine. I love when my web surfing helps me to discover something pretty useful!
