A Little Time and a Keyboard: Refreshing Peppermint Herbal Conditioner from Made from Earth (Review)

Refreshing Peppermint Herbal Conditioner from Made from Earth (Review)

Friday, September 7, 2012

Some days it is really difficult to have any time to yourself. I like to indulge in some pampering products here and there to give myself something a little special each day. So, I was very excited when we were asked to try out the Peppermint Herbal Conditioner by Made from Earth. I have always loved peppermint and have always found it to be a soothing scent. However, I wonder if that is due to any aromatherapy properties or to my childhood love of peppermint sticks?

I loved the scent of the conditioner immediately. The conditioner was easy to apply---not too thick and pretty smooth. The scent filled the shower but was not overwhelming. The conditioner rinsed out pretty quickly--quicker than my normal conditioner.  (I always have a hard time getting all of the conditioner out, so this was nice.)

So, how did my hair fare once dry? My hair was nice and soft. I have always had quite a bit of body to my hair. After using this conditioner, my hair maintained its body. I would have preferred my hair to be calmed down a little bit. But, I really do like how soft the conditioner made my hair. All in all, I was really happy with this conditioner. I liked the scent, the easy of use, and the softness of my hair. Plus, my hair was left feeling well-hydrated, not dry. Also, I love that the product is not made from synthetic chemicals.
