A Delightful Tea at American Girl Place

Last spring, my daughter and I went to American Girl Place for their Afternoon Tea and had a wonderful time! We ended up choosing the tea as opposed to the other dining options because of timing and my thriftiness-it is the most cost effective way to enjoy dining at American Girl.

My daughter and I were very impressed with the tea service. My daughter was delighted that her doll had her own chair and her own tea cup. Plus, our napkins were rolled up in pretty bow ponytails that we could take home--one for my daughter and one for her doll!

What is the Deal, Yo---American Girl Mini Dolls on Amazon

When my daughter first got into American Girl, I steered her towards the mini dolls so we would not end up in the trap where she would want every single doll that came out.  It has turned out to be a wise decision since she loves them! 

When I am on the look out for one, I usually turn to Amazon because they often have them for under $15 as opposed to the $22 at American Girl.  A pretty decent savings!

I have bought Josefina, Rebecca, Julie, and Kit all through Amazon.  In fact, right now, they have Marie-Grace, one of the new ones for $14.93.  Follow this link for a search I just did.
