**Disclosure: We received complimentary siggi's yogurt to help us bring this recipe and giveaway to you. All opinions are 100% our own. No other compensation was received.

We have had our share of rainy weather here is Chicago this summer. So, a nice pick-me-up from the oven is very much appreciated! This morning, I made my own warm blueberry granola crisp and it was the treat I need on this cloudy morning! Topping it of with siggi's made it quite the snack!

Maple Granola:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup uncooked oats
1 tsp avocado oil
1 tsp maple syrup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix oats, avocado oil and maple syrup. If you like things a little more on the sweet side, add a little more maple syrup. However, remember that both the blueberries and siggi's will have sweetness as well. Bake in the oven on cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Check at 10 minutes to avoid burning.

Blueberries:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup rinsed blueberries
1/2  Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup preprepared maple granola

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix blueberries and maple syrup together. Place in personal sized baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. You can mash a few of the blueberries to let out  a little juice if you prefer. Top with granola and heat another five minutes. Remove from oven and let cool a few minutes. Then, top with siggi's Vanilla yogurt! Voila, a wonderful rainy day treat!

  1. Yum. That looks delicious! I haven not tried Siggi's yogurt yet. But I have seen it in some of my local grocery stores. I want to try out the peach flavor. Or the Lingonberry and strawberry! SO many yummy options!
